Through 10 to 15 years of hard work, we should strive to enter the forefront of the world's hardware industry.

Chen Shineng pointed out that after more than 20 years of development, China has become a major hardware processing, production and manufacturing country in the world, but we are not yet a strong country in hardware production. Many products are still at a low price, low quality, and low international competitiveness. Comparing our output value and average level of energy consumption with the world average level, our energy consumption is high. This requires us to take a new road to industrialization, build an independent innovation system, focus on the establishment of an independent brand system, and rely on technological innovation to build our own core competitiveness. At the same time, attention should be paid to overcoming the extensive management problems in the development of hardware processing and competition, speeding up the implementation of the transformation of the growth mode, and shifting to the direction of low energy consumption, environmental protection and high efficiency.

He emphasized that since the reform and opening up, China's hardware industry has achieved rapid development and improvement, and my country has become an important global hardware production and processing base and consumer market. We already have a certain technological innovation and independent brand building system, and have made gratifying achievements. We are confident that China will be able to become a powerful country in the world's hardware industry.
